14.00 - 1730 pm: Sharsted Court Gardens open to the public in support of The Rod Kesson Benefit FundEntrance: £6 at the gate on the day includes tea, scone, cream and strawberry jam. An opportunity to enjoy the magnificent azalea walk, lime walk, topiary garden, and steeped in history. Set in lovely woodland with plenty of paths for those making a day of it. Plenty of parking.

12 noon - 5pm: NORTON GARDEN SAFARI: A popular fund-raising event. The Friends of St Mary Church invite you to enjoy an afternoon visiting the Church and gardens around Norton. This includes an Art Exhibition at Norton Village Hall, Provender Lane.  The' Train Railway' will also be running for children and train enthusiasts in one of the gardens. The SAFARI starts from St. Mary Church, Provender Lane, for payment and map of gardens. Price £2.50 (Children Free).
