Advertising Coordinator - anyone out there?
Paul would be very happy to hear from anyone who might be interested in taking this role on. Please contact Paul using this address - email@example.com.
The newsletter relies on the advertising revenue to cover its costs. Community and charity events are included free. We currently break even but only just.
If you would like to save this valuable community asset, please do call Paul.
- The Villages Correspondent for Lynsted and Norton for the Kent Messenger group of newspapers. I am pleased to say that the Doddington and Newnham Correspondent has taken on that role and the contact details are: Julie Manders, Mobile: 07544101944, Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- LOCAL EVENTS, if you have local community events - (NOT commercial adverts) that you would like to be included on the lynsted.com website events page, please send your copy to email@example.com. The events page gets a significant throughput of visitors. See our statistics for total Unique Visitors each month who come to this site.
The newsletter issues once every two months.
It is distributed free-of-charge to all households (more than 700) in the parishes of Lynsted with Kingsdown and Norton as a valuable source of information for forthcoming events and for advertisements placed by local product and service providers.
Our circulation also includes ex-parishioners living near and far (most of whom contribute to the cost of postage or they request a PDF copy by e-mail). The Newsletter is produced in A5 format and runs to around 80 pages. Production timetable is below.
PDF copies can be requested by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Electronic copy should be sent to
common editable formats, which we can set for you (no additional charge). For example, RTF (Rich Text Format), Word, Works, Open Office, Publisher, and Wordperfect, or as
non-editable images using most graphics formats (e.g. PDF, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PSP, PSD, etc).
Mac users should send in RTF or PDF.
Hard copy can be sent to The Editor, Hillside, Lynsted, ME9 0RH.. Deadline for copy is given below along with the date of distribution.
