Ingredients
I carton (1 litre) cranberry juice | 1 cinnamon stick |
4 tablespoons fresh cranberries | ΒΌ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg |
4 orange slices | 8 whole cloves |
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan and heat until it is almost boiling.
- Cover and reduce heat and simmer for approx 10 mins.
- Serve hot (or chilled if that is your preference).
