Lynsted sits in an area rich in food production. Fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish are all available from local producers. Farm shops, local butchers and fishmongers can provide us with all the food we need. As can our hedgerows! I hope the recipes on this website can help you make the most of what surrounds us.
